We are now a little over 24 hours out from the biggest fight of 2024 – that enormous Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury 2 rematch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
A little over seven months ago, these two heavyweight boxing behemoths met in the same venue and produced a unification showdown worthy of the title. It was incredible stuff as they fought an epic blockbuster over 12 gripping rounds.

Ukrainian genius Usyk (22-0) came through that one by digging deep in the second half of a spellbinding bout to eke out the closest of split-decision victories. In the process he delivered the first defeat of Fury’s Hall of Fame career.
Now ‘The Gypsy King’ (34-1-1) gets the chance to quickly avenge that loss, but he will start as a slight underdog this time. The stage is set, and now we are just hours away from the next milestone ahead of fight night – the weigh-in.

How much will Usyk and Fury weigh?
The first time they met, Usyk weighed in at 224lbs (16stones), while Fury came in almost three stones heavier at 262lbs (18stone 10lbs).
There has been talk Fury will come in much heavier this time (he has been as high as 277 in his career) in a bid to make his bulk a significant factor in the right.
