Your chance to question Anthony Joshua…

Anthony Joshua has been pretty quiet in recent weeks, apparently doing very little media as he recovers from a knee injury and gradually builds up to that showdown with Kubrat Pulev.

All the main protagonists have had plenty to say about the financial structure of a two-fight deal against Tyson Fury being ‘agreed in principle’ – that is all apart from AJ himself.

But there does appear to be a definite date in the calendar when we can hear from Joshua (23-1) as he is set for an exclusive Q and A with Sky Sports on Thursday July 23.

The broadcaster is offering its VIP customers the opportunity “to get closer than ever before to the two-time world heavyweight champion” by joining ringside for the special event.

And if that’s not enough they are offering the lucky customers in attendance the opportunity to put a question to AJ themselves. Sky Head of Boxing Adam Smith will host the Q and A, which will begin at 1930 BST.

Win the chance to question Anthony Joshua

All you need to do for the chance to win this golden opportunity is head to ‘Exclusive Prizes’ in the My Sky app before July 7 to enter.

There are plenty of fascinating topics – notably the subject of that potential double-header against Fury in 2021. It would be the biggest fight in British boxing history, but when will it happen? And where?

Also AJ has not only a mandatory engagement with Pulev for later this year (date and venue still to be announced) but also potentially one with WBO mandatory contender Oleksandr Uysk (17-0) after that. What does he think about that?

At the moment it appears that only he safely negotiates those two bouts will that dream match with Fury become reality.

It promises to be a fascinating evening, and if you’re a Sky VIP customer could properly be a part of it.
