They are calling it ‘Hate Runs Deep’, and we’ll get to see just how deep when the build-up for that long-awaited Josh Taylor vs Jack Catterall rematch kicks off this week.

Now, almost two years on from that wild night in Scotland, the rematch is finally on. The date is set for April 27, at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, England. DAZN will stream the bout globally.
This week the build-up gets under way for real after last week’s big-fight announcement, with the start of the media tour. Two big press conferences – one in England, one in Scotland.
Taylor vs Catterall 2 press tour
We expect Matchroom Boxing and DAZN to provide live streams for both pressers – with the first taking lace at the Intercontinental Edinburgh on Monday February 19 at 1330 local time (0830 Eastern Standard Time, 0530 PST).
After that, the fighters and their teams move down to Manchester, England on Tuesday February 20 for another squabble on the dais – at New Century (1730 local time, 1230 EST, 0930 PST).
This should be spiteful from the get-go fight fans, get the popcorn ready and sit back. The explosions are just about to begin…
