It’s official – we now know the fights and fighters for that massive Eddie Hearn vs Frank Warren card in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on June 1.
The big reveal happened in London earlier this evening and the biggest news is that Deontay Wilder WILL join Hearn’s Matchroom team to fight on the huge card.
Wilder (43-3-1) will face another giant of the game in Chinese star Zhilei Zhang in his first fight since losing to New Zealander Joseph Parker in Saudi Arabia last December. Zhang meanwhile is also coming off a loss to Parker in March.

Hearn vs Warren also gives us another huge heavyweight showdown with unbeaten Croat Filip Hrgovic (17-0) – the mandatory contender for the IBF heavyweight title currently held by Oleksandr Usyk – meeting British star Daniel Dubois. That one could yet be for the IBF title should it be vacated following Tyson Fury vs Usyk on May 18.
There are three other fights to complete the Matchroom vs Queensberry Promotions grudge match – headed by a featherweight cracker pitting Raymond Ford (15-0-1) vs Nick Ball (19-0-1).
Warren’s exciting middleweight prospect Hamzah Sheeraz (19-0) will lock horns with Ammo Williams (16-0), while the show is completed by a light-heavyweight cracker featuring Craig Richards (18-3-1) and Willy Hutchinson (17-0).

Hearn vs Warren rules confirmed
Okay so the rules are as follows in this match between two (historically) bitter promotional rivals:
- The winner of each fight scores 1 point for a decision win or 2 points for a stoppage/KO win
- Each promoter can choose one fight to be their ‘captain’ – they score double points
- Fighters score zero points for a loss or a draw
Both promoters have chosen their captains, with Hearn plumping for Wilder and Warren choosing Hamzah Sheeraz.
Beterbiev vs Bivol tops stellar card
Every incredible card needs an incredible main event, and this show absolutely has one.
Artur Beterbiev vs Dmitry Bivol in an eagerly-awaited world light-heavyweight title unification match should be an absolute classic. It will not though be a part of the Hearn vs Warren portion of the card. This one stands alone at the very top – and rightfully so.
Beterbiev (20-0) is the WBC, IBF and WBO world champion while Bivol (22-0) currently holds the WBA title.
