Hearn vs Warren: Weight details and rules REVEALED for blockbusting 5 on 5 card

The details for that blockbusting Eddie Hearn vs Frank Warren card in June are trickling out – and now we have the official weight details CONFIRMED.

British boxing’s two biggest promotional rivals have had a brutal back and forth down the years on social media and via boxing’s plethora of YouTube outlets. But until recently they had never even met – astonishing.

Now though, thanks to that enormous investment in the sport by Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, they are working together happily on major fights. Including new a ground-breaking bill which pits their stables against each other in a 5 on 5 card.

The pair were joined by GEA chairman Turki Alalshikh (the man behind this event) to reveal the weights, and we now have all those details ahead of the fighter reveal at an upcoming London press conference.

  • Featherweight (chosen by Eddie Hearn)
  • Middleweight (chosen by Frank Warren)

  • Heavyweight (chosen by Turki Alalshikh)

The Hearn vs Warren 5 on 5 is not the only big thing to look out for on June 1 of course – the bill is topped by that fantastic light-heavyweight unification match pitting Artur Beterbiev vs Dmitry Bivol.

  • Each promoter can choose one fight to be their ‘captain’
