Boxing Tonight: Wardley vs Huni schedule, running order, ring walks and UK TV

Boxing tonight (Saturday June 7) sees Ipswich at the centre of the fight game world as Fabio Wardley vs Justis Huni takes centre stage.

This heavyweight blockbuster is for the highest of stakes as well, with the WBA interim world heavyweight title on the line as local boy Wardley faces Aussie raider Huni at Ipswich Town’s Portman Road football stadium.

A massive crowd is expected as Fabio (18-0-1) bids to continue his epic rise from the UK’s white collar boxing scene to the brink of a world title shot. Huni (12-0) meanwhile gets an unexpected opportunity due to the withdrawal of US star Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller.

Like we said, the WBA interim world heavyweight title is on the line – whoever wins gets the position as mandatory challenger for the title currently held by the great Oleksandr Usyk.

Usyk will face off with Daniel Dubois at Wembley on July 19 in a massive unification blockbuster for all of the heavyweight marbles, so the Wardley vs Huni winner will be in line for a shot at the victor.
