The fight takes place in the newly built Aichi International Arena in Nagoya, with another massive Japanese crowd set to worship the local hero.
Inoue puts his perfect 30-0 record on the line against the 14-1 Akhmadaliev, and also his undisputed world super bantamweight title.
All the belts will be on the line on Sunday in what should be an absolute beauty.
Schedule and ring walks
The start time for the main event is expected to be around 0640 Eastern Time in the US, which is 1140 in the UK. That is when Akhmadaliev are expected to make their ring walks in Nagoya.
Fans can also catch the undercard before that, with proceedings expected to get under way around 0300 Eastern, which is 0800 in the UK.
